• Affiliate / You / Your: An individual or entity participating in the affiliate program.
  
• Customer: A consumer who purchases Naturally Collagen® products through your affiliate link.
  
• Commission: The percentage paid to Affiliates for each qualifying sale.
  
• Platform: Refersion.com, the third-party platform tracking and managing affiliate sales.
  

• You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  
• Affiliates must have a legitimate business, website, or social media presence related to health, beauty, or wellness.
  
• We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.
  
• Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable US advertising and consumer protection laws.
  
• Affiliates must disclose their promotional method and notify us of any significant changes to how they promote Naturally Collagen®.
  

• Tracking: Commissions are tracked via unique affiliate links on Refersion.
  
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal after a 30-day verification period.
  
• Refunds & Chargebacks: Commissions will be deducted if orders are returned or charges disputed.
  
• New Customers Only: Commissions are only payable for sales made to first-time customers of Naturally Collagen®.
  
• Discretionary Approval: All commission payments are subject to our sole discretion.
  
• Clawbacks: If commissions are later determined to have been earned through ineligible or prohibited means, Naturally Collagen® reserves the right to reclaim previously paid amounts or deduct them from future commissions.
  

• Affiliates must comply with US law and FTC disclosure rules.
  
• Use clear disclosure such as “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission.”
  
• No false or exaggerated health claims.
  
• No self-referrals (orders from IPs, addresses, or payment methods linked to the affiliate are ineligible).
  
• No paid ads using Naturally Collagen® brand keywords or close variants.
  
• No impersonating Naturally Collagen® or suggesting an official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
  
• No cookie stuffing, redirects, link cloaking, or forced clicks.
  

• Accounts may be terminated for fraudulent activities, brand term abuse, self-referrals, or legal non-compliance.
  
• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion for activities such as brand term abuse, traffic manipulation, or promotion to existing customers.
  
• All pending commissions may be forfeited in such cases.
